Step 1. First of all, disconnect all the other devices connected with the till
Step 2. Download X Printer utility from following link

Step 3. Navigate the file in downloads folder and extract it, double click on XPrinter.exe
Step 4. Connect a power cable with the receipt printer and plug the other end of the cable to a switch and turn it on, and then connect a USB cable with the printer to the till.
Step 5. Turn the printer on and check if the paper is put correctly.
Step 6. Click on windows, type command prompt and open it.
Step 7. Write a command, “ipconfig” and hit enter. It will give you some important information of your system, such as; IP Address, Subnet Mask & Default Gateway.
Step 8. Note the IP or your system and write another command, “ping -t 192.168.1.125” (Any IP other than that of your system’s), If the response is unreachable so the IP will be considered as free. Take a note of the free IP, subnet mask, default gateway and follow.
Step 9. Open Printer Utility and change Chinese language to English.
Step 10. Change the printer port from NET to USB, and click on Advanced.
Step 11. Click on set Net
Step 12. Put the Free IP, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway and press Set above contents button. The printer will make a beep sound which means the IP can be assigned.
Step 13. Press the button Set All to save the IP on the printer and then press Return and close the Advanced window.
Step 14. Restart the printer and Print self test page from the Utility.
